An extremely easy-to-machine metallic wire that will save you time and money previously spent on complex setups and accessories. CR offers great creative freedom, is certified STANDARD 100 by OEKO-TEX (product class I).
CR metallic threads have a polyester core covered by a soft metallic polyester sheet. Thanks to this structure, they are very soft and pleasant to the touch. In addition, the CR yarns guarantee a sustainable Made in Germany quality.
CR yarn can be washed at elevated temperatures and has many applications. It can be used to embroider fashion accessories, footwear or bags, as well as emblems and logos on workwear, uniforms, sporting goods, functional clothing and complex materials such as denim or leather. ​
Less downtime, less wear and fewer wire breaks at high speeds for higher productivity. If you are already using Madeira Polyneon yarns, you will not have to change the machine settings. If you are working with thread from other manufacturers, we recommend setting a thread tension between 80 and 100 grams-force (gF) or centinewtons (cN).

The more voluminous CR 20 creates visible reliefs and easily reaches speeds of up to 850 stitches per minute.
