Polydull is a staple fiber polyester thread designed for matt embroidery where optimal definition of the design is not desired, without the result being as coarse as the one generally obtained when using common Ne 40/2 sewing thread. .
A careful selection of dyes and a special dyeing process allows for higher degrees of fastness than traditional sewing thread.
It is important to note that if you are looking for a matte embroidery with excellent qualities, the FROSTED MATT thread is second to none.
Polydull is also useful for sewing finer fabrics, when the Ne 40/2 sewing thread is too thick. It is offered in two variants No. 50 (Tex 18) and No. 45 (Tex 21 to 24), both finer than a typical Ne 40/2 sewing thread, No. 50 being the finer of both.

Polydull threads are generally produced at the customer's request, matching the color that the customer requests.
The result is similar to that obtained by embroidering with cotton threads but has the advantages of superior color fastness.

POLYDULL No.45 (Tex 21-24)
Slightly thicker than Polydull No. 50 but still finer than a Ne 40/2 sewing thread. Its thickness is between the two, Ne 40/2 and Polydull No.50.
It has the same "cotton" look as its fellow Polydull No.50, but is slightly thicker and stronger.
Replaces cataloged threads with specifications from Tex 21 to Tex 24 in embroidery.
Its presentation is in 5,000m cones and we can prepare from 7 cones per special color.
