At RETOR, we have the capability to develop custom colors based on a physical sample, reference, or specific design requirement. This way, you don't have to limit your production to the colors available in a catalog.
Color development is free of charge and allows you to obtain a shade adapted to the needs of each project.
This is especially useful when you need to reproduce corporate colors, specific shades from a collection, seasonal colors, or tones that aren't available in standard color charts.

Durability for demanding applications
POLIFIL is a polyester yarn developed to offer good performance in applications requiring strength and durability.
Its resistance to high levels of chlorine makes it especially suitable for garments that need frequent washing and for applications requiring demanding treatments, such as denim processing.
POLIFIL No.40
Polifil has a state-of-the-art lubrication that reduces friction in the needle and allows greater speed and better tension control. When you have to lower the tension of the brakes to be able to use a cheaper thread, you end up using more thread than normal for the wrong side of the embroidery, thus consuming many more meters, take that into account!
