Stabilisers
MADEIRA offers different embroidery foils for qualitatively superior embroidery and for special areas of application. These foils prevent filigree elements of the design from sinking in and the color of the fabric from showing through, while being easily removed with water without leaving any residue on the embroidery.
Foil stabilization makes it possible to embroider logos and emblems on bulky fabrics without the risk of interference between the thread and the fabric. In this way, the embroidery becomes a brand seal on the garment.

AVALON & AVALON STRONG
Gives bulky fabrics a firm, smooth surface that can be embroidered without backstitches. It hoops together with the fabric, improves the finish on knitted and terry cloth, and prevents embroidery threads from sagging.
AVALON PLUS
Ideal for embroidering on light and delicate fabrics. Avalon Plus is a firm, water-soluble stabilizer with the strength of a non-woven fabric. Dissolves in warm water without residue, putting no stress on your beautiful embroidery. It can be embroidered intensely without tearing.
AVALON ULTRA
Extremely firm. Allows for the most detailed embroidery without breakage. Avalon Ultra is ideal for hoopless embroidery or any project where additional support or a firmer working base is required. It can be stitched intensely without tearing.
Heat soluble embroidery sheets
MADEIRA film is a heat soluble sheet made from 100% polyolefin available in 100 micron and 30 micron thicknesses. 100% ecological and free of formaldehyde. An embroidery foil with unique advantages. Due to the characteristics of the film, it is possible to embroider both on very thin and elastic fabrics and on normal cotton fabrics. With this sheet, the fabric is almost never deformed and the adhesive spray whose application is normally necessary is often not required. Indications for use: The use of the film is quite easy. It can be used both in the MadeirAS technique and as a substitute for a non-woven material that is usually used. The film can be removed quickly without leaving any residue. A heat press (transfer press) or a commercial iron can be used to remove the film. Carefully applied a temperature of about 120C to 140C will melt the film in a few seconds.
